Well, then I used it.
Guess what the buff name is.
Apparently, it's Heart of a Dragon.
Well, I listen to power metal, and I know this is gonna get me laughed at, but now I have a perverse desire to make a UI mod that plays Dragonforce - Heart of a Dragon every time I use this trinket. :D
