God I love some of the blue posters.

"Under the current design philosophy, the idea is that in PvE you're killing very rare and challenging creatures of Azeroth, while in PvP you're receiving gear from the crafters (so to speak) of your faction to get you battle-ready. Chances are you're going to be given the gear that'll get the job done rather than the gear that has to be constructed entirely out of the nipples of a 7,000 year-old dragon. "

Frankly, I think any time spent designing PVP sets is time wasted, but XFD

Eww.

7000 year old dragon nipples?
I don't even want to think about that.

Either way, I'll still be PvPing. Just so long as the gear can look as cool as the Demon Stalker set or something, I'll be happy.

wait wait wait....

Dragons NURSE?

The whole biology of dragons must be reconsidered in light of this new information. >.>

I like wearing the gear of very rare and challenging creatures of Azeroth. I was flipping through one of the Warcraft books in B&N, spied Gorefiend rambling on about something, and said to myself "Heh, I have your cloak and boots, bastard." I amused me.

I think pvp gear should look like a Cinco De Mayo on LSD. lots of bright colours.

Thing is, I really like the idea behind what they are talking about.

In fact, if you look at the PvP armor from the old ranking system, you will see that even then it was designed with an eye towards "this is armor that was issued to our mighty warriors". The Alliance plate armor is the most blatant example, as it has the Stormwind lion on one shoulder.
