When I did Nefarian the other day they had all the people without the Ony cloaks (which was about... oh, 35/40 of the people there) stand in this little corner in a cave and not move until it was time to fight Nefarian while the five people with the cloaks killed all the adds. It was effective but odd. >.>
Yeah, we did it - you have to hide behind Nef's throne.
We had 0 cloaks - we just hid behind the throne and burned adds while one Paladin went out with a bubble and soaked the first Shadowflame and started to tank him.
