Here it is, folks: My first theoretical MM talent build (at 80) for PVEing.
http://www.mmo-champion.com/talent/?hunter=50200000000000000000000000530000000000000000000000000005105201205013053135330350
My opinions on the changes and my rationalization of the choices:
Points 1-20: Easy. These are a no-brainer. Lethal/Mortal/Aimed/Throat/Killing/Efficiency. This is old hat. I like that we get the "good" talents a tier earlier - it frees up space for "those" Hunters, I guess.
Points 21-25: Huh, guess I'm dipping into Careful Aim. Wait, 33%? That's better than 3/3 now, very nice.
Points 26-30: Oh, RWS, what would I do without you.
Points 31-34: Improved Barrage and TSA, good ol' friends.
Points 35-40: These are some sweet new abilities. 6% armor penetration and huge mana cost reductions during Rapid Fire? Want
Points 41-45: Not getting Master Marksman would be dumb
Points 46-51: These are the talents that, gods willing, will let us be competitive. God I want to see some theorycrafting and math on these.
Points 52-57: Hrm, I wonder if these only work on my mark...
Points 57-59: Let's grab Hawk Eye.
Points 60-64: I FUCKING CALLED IMPROVED TRACKING. I FUCKING CALLED IT (and will invest 5 points in it)
Points 65-69: Ah, Imp AotH. You haven't changed.
Points 70-71: Nor have you, Focused Fire.
Overall, I'm hoping this performs soundly and competes with the bonuses from Improved Aspects and Serpent's Swiftness. Should any Beta-privileged Hunter wish to try this talent build (up to 77, I guess - skip Focused Fire and 2/3 CAim), please do and let us know how it is!
Edit 1: Hawk Eye is 3 points. Derp :3

I'm really nervous about Wild Quiver. I'm afraid it might be the next Master Technician.
